The Mission

SoulMotion Yoga

SoulMotion Yoga is a Black-woman led yoga, meditation, and wellness space that was founded with experiences of feeling unheard, unseen, undervalued, and neglected in wellness spaces. Historically, Black bodies have been exploited, mocked, and appropriated. This space was created to take back our power through movement, gratitude, and authenticity.


I believe in the transformative power of yoga and mindfulness, and I strive to create a community that embraces diversity in all its forms. We empower individuals to explore and express their unique selves without judgment or expectation.


I alone cannot dismantle systems of oppression and inequality, but I can use my privilege to create a space where movement is celebration, gratitude is a daily practice, and nourishing your soul is the foundation of our collective-well-being.


Yoga extends far beyond the mat. It is a journey of self-discovery, self-care, and self-love. Through our online platform, we invite you to join us in this journey, embracing the beauty of diversity, creating connections, and finding strength in the unity of our shared experiences.

Couples Session

These are private sessions for you and your loved one. Join me as I guide you in a partner-centered yoga practice for you and your cinnamon apple.


Private Session

The Private Session allows you to dive deeper into yoga practice. The focus is on alignment and breath, and a special emphasis on proper technique helps you reconnect and rejuvenate your body. These sessions can be done in a group or one-on-one.
